Refund Policy

Eligible new products may be returned for defective and non-defective reasons, and eligible exchanges are accepted. Begin the request within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Return condition

A non-defective item must remain new, unused, and complete with its original packaging, labels, accessories, and included materials. Damage, defects, missing pieces, wrong fulfillment, or a material difference from the description may also be reported. Applicable legal rights remain available.

Approval and mailing

Send the order number, checkout email, reason, and relevant photos or video to edekurix731@gmail.com. Wait for approval and the accurate return address before mailing; the General contact address is not automatically the return warehouse. Use the free prepaid return label included in the parcel. If it is missing or lost, ask us for help. We impose no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on available inventory.

Approved refunds

We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, issuer, or payment service may need additional time to post the credit.
