Shipping Policy

Shipping has two distinct stages: preparation inside the store and travel with the carrier.

Order preparation

Once payment is authorized, we normally prepare an order in 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier transit begins after dispatch and is 4–6 business days. These estimates are separate and do not guarantee delivery on a particular date.

Delivery selection and tracking

Checkout shows the services, charges, and any qualifying offer available for the entered destination. Check every address line before submitting the order. Tracking information is provided after the carrier record becomes available.

Package concerns

Weather, holidays, carrier volume, remote delivery, or service restrictions can cause delays. For loss, damage, an unusual scan, or a parcel marked delivered but not found, email edekurix731@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and useful photos.
